Evidence (nivolumab monotherapy):

In the CheckMate-142 trial (NCT02060188), 74 patients with previously treated dMMR/MSI-H colorectal cancer were enrolled in an open-label, single-arm, phase II study to receive nivolumab (3 mg/kg every 2 weeks). The primary end point was objective response as per RECIST 1.1.[72]

The objective response rate was 31.1% (95% CI, 20.8%–42.9%).
