Why did you rank the targeted combination above adding radiation?
Mostly because of the inherited TP53 finding in your germline results your sequencing, Sept 2023. Radiation spends part of a lifetime budget you can’t get back, and with that finding the risk of a second cancer later is meaningfully higher than average.
The targeted route costs you none of that budget. It also builds on the treatment you’re already having your current therapy rather than replacing it.
This is one reading of your records, not a recommendation. Your oncologist decides.
What would change your mind?
Progression on the current therapy. If the disease starts moving, the calculation flips and radiation becomes worth the budget; that’s written into option four.
What the pipeline already knows before you ask
One run covers the whole patient: roughly fifty tables, re-run as your file changes. Every claim Triangle makes traces to a named source in your run. When something isn’t in your file, it says so. The full pipeline →
What it reads
Requested on your authorisation through the national networks (Carequality and TEFCA). Where a hospital is not connected, we tell you and go after it directly.
Sequencing read from the raw data, not from a summary. It sets a safety budget that no suggested combination may exceed.
The literature, drug labels, guidelines and every open trial, re-read against your file whenever any of it changes.
The best frontier models available, pointed at your file together. When a better one arrives, your case is re-read with it.
Everything on the leftabove, read together. Then you simply ask.
Why this exists · my story
In August 2023 a routine scan handed me the word lesion at dinner. The surgeon search, the molecular work-up, the vaccine built from my own tumour’s mutations. I found them because I knew how to work the system. Nobody should need to know how.
