Context: Central Nervous System Tumors / Astrocytomas, Other Gliomas, and Glioneuronal/Neuronal Tumors / Molecular features and recurrent genomic alterations

IDH1- and IDH2-altered tumors occur in the pediatric population as low-grade gliomas (WHO Grade 2), high-grade gliomas (WHO Grade 3 and 4), and oligodendrogliomas with codeletion of 1p and 19q.
