NCT02003222 · OUTCOME
Overall Survival (OS) Among Patients Who Were MRD Negative After Induction and Intensification Chemotherapy
Results reported by the registry submitting party. Population, time horizon, units and missing values must be read together.
- Measure
- MEDIAN
- Unit
- months
- Interval / dispersion
- 95% Confidence Interval
- Time frame
- Assessed every 3 months for 2 years, then every 6 months for 3 years, then annually for 5 years
What was measured
Overall survival is defined as the time from randomization to death of any cause.
Analysis population: All MRD-negative patients randomized to either blinatumomab + chemotherapy or chemotherapy alone were included in this analysis.
Groups in this outcome
MRD Negative - Blinatumomab + Chemotherapy
MRD negative patients received induction treatment and intensification treatment and then were randomized to receive blinatumomab plus chemotherapy.
MRD Negative - Chemotherapy
MRD negative patients received induction treatment and intensification treatment and then were randomized to receive chemotherapy.

| MRD Negative - Chemotherapy | 112 |
Reported measurements
Source class 1
| Group | Value | Spread | Lower | Upper | Comment |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MRD Negative - Blinatumomab + Chemotherapy | NA | Not reported | NA | NA | Median OS not reached The 95% confidence intervals were not calculable because an insufficient number of participants reached the event at the final time point for assessment. |
| MRD Negative - Chemotherapy | NA | Not reported | 66.5 | NA | Median OS not reached The upper limit of the 95% confidence interval was not calculable because an insufficient number of participants reached the event at the final time point for assessment. |
