Muse

Connect Triangle to Muse, Meta’s personal AI agent. Muse can then answer from your own records, labs and medications, keep your medication list and notes up to date, and book a visit with a Triangle clinician when you ask.

Before you start

  • A Triangle account with a patient profile. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial, then $9 a month. Triangle is available in the US to adults 18 and over.
  • Muse, Meta’s personal AI agent.
  • Triangle’s connector is in Meta’s review. Until Triangle Health appears in Muse under Settings → Connectors, see Troubleshooting for how to add it yourself.
  • What Muse reads from Triangle is then held by Meta under Meta’s terms and privacy policy, not Triangle’s. Check Muse’s privacy settings before you connect.

Set it up

  1. Add Triangle in Muse

Find the Triangle Health connector in Muse and start connecting it.

    • Open Muse and go to Settings → Connectors.
    • Find Triangle Health and choose Connect.
    • Or ask Muse in chat to connect Triangle Health; it finds approved connectors itself.
    • Muse sends you to Triangle to sign in.
  2. Sign in and choose what Muse can use

Triangle’s consent screen lists every permission Muse is asking for. You decide which ones it gets, and which profile it can see.

    • Sign in to Triangle. If you’re new, you create an account and finish setup first.
    • If you manage more than one profile, pick the one to share. A connection points at one profile at a time.
    • Turn off any permission you don’t want Muse to have. Leave only the read permissions on to keep Muse read-only.
    • Click Accept to finish. Muse shows Triangle Health as connected.
  3. Ask Muse about your health

Muse uses Triangle’s tools when a question needs your own records.

    • Try “What did my last A1c show, and how has it changed?” or “Summarize my visit notes from this year.”
    • Muse asks before it uses a Triangle tool. You can set reads and everyday changes to Always allow.
    • Booking, moving or cancelling a visit, deleting something, inviting someone and changing reminders ask every time.
    • Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, or in Muse under Settings → Connectors.

What you can do

  • Ask about your labs, conditions, medications, visit notes, wearable readings and genetic reports.
  • Search your medical records and read Triangle’s written summary of them.
  • Add or update medications, supplements and allergies.
  • Write, edit and organize notes and health topics.
  • Book, move or cancel a visit with a Triangle clinician, with your approval each time.
  • Set up reminders, ask for your newest records, upload a document or connect a wearable.

Tools Muse can use

Triangle offers 60 tools. Each needs the permission shown, which you grant or withhold on Triangle’s consent screen when you connect.

Troubleshooting

Triangle Health isn’t in Muse’s connector list

Triangle’s connector is waiting for Meta’s review. Until it’s listed, you can ask Muse in chat to add a custom connector called Triangle Health for the MCP server at https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp using OAuth, then open the sign-in link Muse gives you. Meta doesn’t review custom connectors, so switch to the listed connector once it appears.

Muse says it can’t see my labs or records

That permission was probably turned off on Triangle’s consent screen. Disconnect Muse in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, connect again from Muse, and leave that permission on.

Muse is looking at the wrong profile

A connection points at one profile at a time. Disconnect Muse in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, connect again, and pick the other profile on the consent screen.

Why does Muse ask me every time before booking or deleting?

Muse treats booking, moving and cancelling visits, deleting, inviting someone and changing reminders as sensitive. It asks every time, and these can’t be set to Always allow.

How do I revoke access?

Go to Settings → AI service connections at https://app.trianglehealth.com and click Disconnect next to Muse, or remove Triangle Health in Muse under Settings → Connectors. Muse can’t read anything new from Triangle after that. What it already read can stay in Muse’s memory and history, which you manage in Muse.
