For people living with advanced cancer, and their families

It’s stage four,
and you want everything looked at.

Tiller gathers your records, reads your tumor sequencing alongside them and researches clinical trials and emerging treatments against your history, so you walk into your next appointment knowing what to ask.

  • Records requested through Carequality and TEFCA
  • Your history reviewed by a licensed clinician
  • No drug maker pays Triangle

Advanced cancer comes with a second job: keeping track of all of it.

Scans from one hospital. Sequencing from a lab you never visited. Notes from a second opinion across town. Each piece sits behind a different login, and nobody has read them side by side.

Appointments are short, and the question you meant to ask comes to you in the car on the way home. Meanwhile the research keeps moving. Keeping up with it on your own is a lot to ask of anyone, and you already have enough to carry.

From sign-up to a file that’s been read

  1. Start your trial, for you or for them

Choose whether the profile is yours or belongs to someone you look after, then start the 7-day free trial.

  2. Verify, sign, and meet a clinician

Confirm your identity and address, choose who can see the profile, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician.

  3. Triangle gathers the file

Triangle requests your records through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA, with a clinician signing the request with you. Upload anything else you hold: a sequencing report, a scan disc, notes from a second opinion. Tiller shows what may still be missing.

  4. Read it, then look ahead

Your records become one history in plain language, with your sequencing read alongside. Tiller researches trials and emerging treatments against it, for you to take to your oncologist.

What Tiller gives you

Know which trials and new treatments to ask about

Research on clinical trials and emerging treatments, looked at against your own records rather than cancer in general.

Understand what your sequencing found

Your tumor sequencing report, analyzed next to your pathology, scans and treatment history, in plain words.

Get answers at 2 a.m., from your own file

Ask about a scan report the night it lands and get an answer drawn from your records. A second check reviews answers against the evidence before you rely on them.

See which way your markers are moving

Lab results such as tumor markers and blood counts become trends you can follow, with plain-language explanations.

Read a guide written for where you are

An advanced cancer guide, written for advanced disease, to read at your own pace.

Keep the family on the same page

Share the profile with the people beside you, and choose who can see it and who can help manage it.

Illustrative example

From a scattered file to the questions worth asking

A made-up case. Tiller puts the file in order, researches what it finds, and turns it into questions for the oncologist. Names, dates and results are invented.

  1. March 2024

    Diagnosis

Adenocarcinoma of the colon, with spread to the liver.

From the pathology report, Lakeshore General
  2. April 2024

    Tumor sequencing

    KRAS G12C mutation. Microsatellite stable.

From the sequencing report, read alongside your records
  3. May 2024 to August 2026

    First treatment

    FOLFOX with bevacizumab, then maintenance.

From infusion notes and pharmacy fills
  4. September 2026

    A change

CT describes two new liver lesions. CEA rose from 4.1 to 11.8 ng/mL.

From the radiology report and lab results

Bring your file into Claude or ChatGPT.

If you already think things through with an AI assistant, it can read your Tiller file too: records, labs, medications, notes, sequencing reports and the summary of your history. It sees only what you allow, and only inside Triangle. It can’t change anything at a hospital or clinic.

Things you might ask it

  • Put my treatments since diagnosis in order, with dates and what each scan said.
  • What did my sequencing report find? Explain it in plain words.
  • Draft the questions I want to bring to Thursday’s appointment.

Once you connect an outside assistant, what it reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control. Connect only one you trust.

Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops at once. If you look after someone, you can connect your own Claude or ChatGPT to the profile you manage and choose what it can see, and they can still connect their own. Anyone who can only view a profile connects read-only.

Questions people ask first

What does it cost, and how does cancelling work?

Tiller starts with a 7-day free trial, then costs $9 a month. The trial needs a card. Cancel before day 7 and you’re not charged; after that, cancel any month, and your records stay yours.

With membership, Triangle requests your records from hospitals and clinics and keeps them updated as new ones arrive, you can chat anytime with the assistant that answers from your own records, a licensed clinician reviews your medical history, and you can upload anything else you have and connect your wearables.

What does setup ask of me?

You choose who the profile is for, yourself or someone you look after, and start the trial. Then you confirm your identity and address, choose who can see the profile, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician. After that, Triangle requests your records and you add anything else you have.

Will Triangle reach my hospital and my sequencing lab?

Triangle requests records through the national health-record networks, Carequality and TEFCA, which connect many hospitals and clinics. Not every provider can be reached that way, so you can upload the rest: a sequencing report PDF, photos of paper records, discs and faxes. Tiller shows what may still be missing and helps you request it.

Does Tiller replace my oncologist, or tell me what to do?

No. Tiller helps you understand your records and prepare for conversations with your care team. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. The research and questions it prepares are for you and your oncologist to weigh, and treatment decisions stay with you and your doctors.

Will it find me a clinical trial?

Tiller researches clinical trials and emerging treatments against your records and helps you bring well-formed questions to your oncologist. Whether you are eligible for a trial is decided by the trial’s own team.

Who sees my file?

You decide. Share the profile with family or doctors and choose who can help manage it. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising, and no drug maker, laboratory or hospital pays Triangle.
