UCLA Health
Bring myUCLAhealth records into Triangle.
If myUCLAhealth is enabled for the person you choose, you authorize it there. An enabled configuration is not a finished import.
Sign in, choose the person, then Settings → Connections and search for UCLA. This page does not open myUCLAhealth for you.
Availability checked 26 October 2026. Owner: Product. An enabled UCLA configuration was observed in App v3.0.28. Not a finished myUCLAhealth import, and not a promise that UCLA is enabled on every account.
This is not clinical evidence and not medical advice. It does not replace your care team. Discuss anything here with your clinician before you act on it. Product questions are on the FAQ.
How UCLA connects
Reviewed 26 October 2026. The directory listed 1,290 brands. An enabled configuration was observed. A finished import was not.
Sign in and choose the person
The grant is for that person and myUCLAhealth, not every UCLA login you have.
Settings → Connections, then UCLA
An enabled UCLA configuration was observed on 26 October 2026. That is not a finished import. If UCLA is not enabled on this account, a request does not start consent or an import.
Authorize in myUCLAhealth
If it is enabled, you approve access in myUCLAhealth. This page does not start that step. A Triangle role does not create a myUCLAhealth login.
Start an import only after that
A finished UCLA import was not observed. You would choose categories yourself. New vitals can show under Measurements. Other records go to Records.
Read the status if an import starts
Connected is authorization only. Partial means some records arrived. Complete covers that run, for the categories you chose, within what UCLA Health sent. There is no scheduled sync.
What a UCLA import can include
A finished UCLA import was not observed. Categories depend on myUCLAhealth, your permissions, and import limits. Messages and billing are not this import.
- Medication orders are not proof you take that medicine now.
- Records UCLA Health does not send are still missing when a status says Complete.
The account you need
You need a Triangle account that can add records for that person, then myUCLAhealth’s own authorization. UCLA Health’s public name for this portal is myUCLAhealth, and it runs on MyChart. Epic, MyChart, and UCLA Health do not endorse Triangle. Another hospital is a separate connection.
Connected is not imported
A connection stores access. It is not a finished import, a complete history, or clinical accuracy. There is no scheduled sync. Disconnecting does not delete records already saved.
What this does not promise
- Not every hospital, and not every UCLA name in the directory.
- Not a complete history, and not an instant import.
- No scheduled sync.
- No Epic, MyChart, or UCLA Health endorsement.
- A finished import is not clinical accuracy.
- Medication orders are not current use.
- Disconnecting does not delete saved records.
