MyHealth is the Stanford Health Care portal.

How to look for Stanford

Reviewed 26 October 2026. The directory listed 1,290 brands. That is not 1,290 working connections. No Stanford connection or import was observed.

1. Sign in and choose the person

   The grant is for that person and MyHealth, not every portal login you have.

2. Settings → Connections, then Stanford Health Care

   A directory row is not an enabled connection. If Stanford Health Care is not enabled, leave a request. A request does not start consent or an import.

3. Open MyHealth only if it is enabled

   This page does not open MyHealth. If the connection is enabled, you approve access there. A Triangle account is not a MyHealth login.

4. An import is a separate step

   No Stanford import was observed. If you later start one, you choose the categories. What arrives depends on Stanford Health Care, your permissions, and import limits.

5. Read the status if an import starts

   Connected is authorization only. Partial means some records arrived. Complete covers that run, for the categories you chose, within what Stanford Health Care sent. There is no scheduled sync.

What a Stanford import can include

No Stanford import was observed, so this page does not list what Stanford Health Care will send. Messages and billing are not this path.

• Medication orders are not proof you take that medicine now.
• Records Stanford Health Care does not send are still missing when a status says Complete.

The account you need

You need a Triangle account that can add records for that person, then MyHealth’s own authorization. Stanford Health Care’s public name is MyHealth, and it runs on MyChart. Epic, MyChart, and Stanford Health Care do not endorse Triangle. Another hospital is a separate connection.

Connected is not imported

A connection stores access. It is not a finished import, a complete history, or clinical accuracy. There is no scheduled sync. Disconnecting does not delete records already saved.

If Stanford is not enabled

Leave a request in Connections. It does not open MyHealth or retrieve records, and it is not a HIPAA request. For a formal copy, contact Stanford Health Care.

What this does not promise

• Not every hospital, and not every Stanford name in the directory.
• Not a complete history, and not an instant import.
• No scheduled sync.
• No Epic, MyChart, or Stanford Health Care endorsement.
• A finished import is not clinical accuracy.
• Medication orders are not current use.
• Disconnecting does not delete saved records.

  A different consent flow in Connections. It can return nothing. It is not a MyHealth login.

• Medicare claims

  Billed services from Medicare.gov, not Stanford visit notes. Not on every account.

• Files you already have

  Upload what you saved from MyHealth. Not every file can be read.
