Providence MyChart also names other Providence brands.

How to look for Providence

Reviewed 26 October 2026. The directory listed 1,290 brands. That is not 1,290 working connections. No Providence connection or import was observed.

1. Sign in and choose the person

   The grant is for that person and Providence MyChart, not every portal login you have.

2. Settings → Connections, then Providence

   A directory row is not an enabled connection. If Providence is not enabled, leave a request. A request does not start consent or an import.

3. Open Providence MyChart only if it is enabled

   This page does not open Providence MyChart. If the connection is enabled, you approve access there. A Triangle account is not a Providence MyChart login.

4. An import is a separate step

   No Providence import was observed. If you later start one, you choose the categories. What arrives depends on Providence, your permissions, and import limits.

5. Read the status if an import starts

   Connected is authorization only. Partial means some records arrived. Complete covers that run, for the categories you chose, within what Providence sent. There is no scheduled sync.

What a Providence import can include

No Providence import was observed, so this page does not list what Providence will send. Messages and billing are not this path.

• Medication orders are not proof you take that medicine now.
• Records Providence does not send are still missing when a status says Complete.

The account you need

You need a Triangle account that can add records for that person, then Providence MyChart’s own authorization. Providence publishes Providence MyChart. Its app also names Swedish, Kadlec, and Covenant Health. Epic, MyChart, and Providence do not endorse Triangle. Another hospital is a separate connection.

Connected is not imported

A connection stores access. It is not a finished import, a complete history, or clinical accuracy. There is no scheduled sync. Disconnecting does not delete records already saved.

If Providence is not enabled

Leave a request in Connections. It does not open Providence MyChart or retrieve records, and it is not a HIPAA request. For a formal copy, contact Providence.

What this does not promise

• Not every hospital, and not every Providence name in the directory.
• Not a complete history, and not an instant import.
• No scheduled sync.
• No Epic, MyChart, or Providence endorsement.
• A finished import is not clinical accuracy.
• Medication orders are not current use.
• Disconnecting does not delete saved records.
• Not a finished import of Swedish, Kadlec, or Covenant.

• Participating providers

  A different consent flow in Connections. It can return nothing. It is not a Providence MyChart login.

• Medicare claims

  Billed services from Medicare.gov, not Providence visit notes. Not on every account.

  Medicare Blue Button

• Files you already have

  Upload what you saved from Providence MyChart. Not every file can be read.
