How to look for NYU Langone

1. Sign in and choose the person

   The grant is for that person and NYU Langone Health MyChart, not every portal login you have.

2. Settings → Connections, then NYU Langone Health

   A directory row is not an enabled connection. If NYU Langone Health is not enabled, leave a request. A request does not start consent or an import.

3. Open NYU Langone Health MyChart only if it is enabled

   This page does not open NYU Langone Health MyChart. If the connection is enabled, you approve access there. A Triangle account is not a NYU Langone Health MyChart login.

4. An import is a separate step

   No NYU Langone import was observed. If you later start one, you choose the categories. What arrives depends on NYU Langone Health, your permissions, and import limits.

5. Read the status if an import starts

   Connected is authorization only. Partial means some records arrived. Complete covers that run, for the categories you chose, within what NYU Langone Health sent. There is no scheduled sync.

What a NYU Langone import can include

No NYU Langone import was observed, so this page does not list what NYU Langone Health will send. Messages and billing are not this path.

The account you need

Connected is not imported

A connection stores access. It is not a finished import, a complete history, or clinical accuracy. There is no scheduled sync. Disconnecting does not delete records already saved.

If NYU Langone is not enabled

Leave a request in Connections. It does not open NYU Langone Health MyChart or retrieve records, and it is not a HIPAA request. For a formal copy, contact NYU Langone Health.
