This is not clinical evidence and not medical advice. It does not replace your care team. Discuss anything here with your clinician before you act on it. Product questions are on the FAQ.

How to look for Mass General Brigham

Reviewed 26 October 2026. The directory listed 1,290 brands. That is not 1,290 working connections. No Mass General Brigham connection or import was observed.

  1. Sign in and choose the person

The grant is for that person and Patient Gateway, not every portal login you have.

  2. Settings → Connections, then Mass General Brigham

A directory row is not an enabled connection. If Mass General Brigham is not enabled, leave a request. A request does not start consent or an import.

  3. Open Patient Gateway only if it is enabled

This page does not open Patient Gateway. If the connection is enabled, you approve access there. A Triangle account is not a Patient Gateway login.

  4. An import is a separate step

No Mass General Brigham import was observed. If you later start one, you choose the categories. What arrives depends on Mass General Brigham, your permissions, and import limits.

  5. Read the status if an import starts

Connected is authorization only. Partial means some records arrived. Complete covers that run, for the categories you chose, within what Mass General Brigham sent. There is no scheduled sync.

What a Mass General Brigham import can include

No Mass General Brigham import was observed, so this page does not list what Mass General Brigham will send. Messages and billing are not this path.

  • Medication orders are not proof you take that medicine now.
  • Records Mass General Brigham does not send are still missing when a status says Complete.

The account you need

You need a Triangle account that can add records for that person, then Patient Gateway’s own authorization. Mass General Brigham’s public name is Patient Gateway, and it runs on MyChart. Epic, MyChart, and Mass General Brigham do not endorse Triangle. Another hospital is a separate connection.

Connected is not imported

A connection stores access. It is not a finished import, a complete history, or clinical accuracy. There is no scheduled sync. Disconnecting does not delete records already saved.

If Mass General Brigham is not enabled

Leave a request in Connections. It does not open Patient Gateway or retrieve records, and it is not a HIPAA request. For a formal copy, contact Mass General Brigham.

What this does not promise

  • Not every hospital, and not every Mass General Brigham name in the directory.
  • Not a complete history, and not an instant import.
  • No scheduled sync.
  • No Epic, MyChart, or Mass General Brigham endorsement.
  • A finished import is not clinical accuracy.
  • Medication orders are not current use.
  • Disconnecting does not delete saved records.
