Evidence (pembrolizumab for patients with dMMR or MSI-H tumors):

In a phase II study of pembrolizumab 200 mg IV every 3 weeks in patients with colon cancer with or without dMMR, and noncolorectal cancer with dMMR, the immune-related objective response rate was 71% (5 of 7 patients). Based on these data, pembrolizumab was approved for patients with dMMR solid tumors that have progressed after previous treatment and who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options.[35]
