NCT06357988 · ADVERSE EVENTS

Adverse events

Testing GDC-0449 (Vismodegib) as Potentially Targeted Treatment in Cancers With Smoothened or Patched 1 Mutant Tumors (MATCH - Subprotocol T) · Source last updated 2026-05-28

Results reported by the registry submitting party. Population, time horizon, units and missing values must be read together.

Adverse events occurred during the study; they are not necessarily caused by treatment. Serious events are not interchangeable with severe/grade 3–4 events. These safety populations may differ from efficacy populations.

Collection time frame
Assessed every 28 days while on treatment and for 30 days after the end of treatment, up to 3 years post registration.
Other-event reporting threshold
5%

All patients enrolled were included in the all-cause mortality analysis. Thirty-three patients were included in the toxicity analysis (excluding one who did not receive treatment).

Treatment (Vismodegib)

Patients receive vismodegib 150 mg orally (PO) daily (QD) on days 1-28. Cycles repeat every 28 days in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
