What was measured
Participants who received forimtamig were considered to be treatment-emergent ADA-positive if they were ADA-negative or had missing data at baseline but developed an ADA response following forimtamig exposure (treatment-induced ADA response), or if they were ADA-positive at baseline and the titer of one or more post-baseline samples was at least 0.60 titer units (t.u.) greater than the titer of the baseline sample (treatment-enhanced ADA response). Participants with a positive post-baseline sample have been reported here.
Analysis population: Immunogenicity population included all participants with at least one ADA assessment, irrespective of whether the participant received any treatment.
Groups in this outcome
Cohort 1: Arm B1: Forimtamig 0.3 mg + Carfilzomib
Participants received step-up doses of forimtamig 0.03 mg on Cycle 1 Day 1, 0.15 mg on Cycle 1 Day 8, and the target dose of 0.3 mg on Cycle 1 Day 15 and on Days 1 and 15 of each subsequent cycle, administered as a SC injection. Participants also received carfilzomib, 20 mg/m\^2 on Cycle 2 Day 1 and 56 mg/m\^2 on Cycle 2 Days 8 and 15, and from Cycle 3 onwards on Days 1, 8, and 15, administered as an IV infusion (1 cycle = 28 days).
Cohort 1: Arm B2: Forimtamig 0.75 mg + Carfilzomib
Participants received step-up doses of forimtamig, 0.03 mg on Cycle 1 Day 1, 0.15 mg on Cycle 1 Day 8, and the target dose of 0.75 mg on Cycle 1 Day 15 and on Days 1 and 15 of each subsequent cycle, administered as a SC injection. Participants also received carfilzomib 20 mg/m\^2 on Cycle 2 Day 1 and 56 mg/m\^2 on Cycle 2 Days 8 and 15, and from Cycle 3 onwards on Days 1, 8, and 15, administered as an IV infusion (1 cycle = 28 days).
Cohort 1: Arm B3: Forimtamig 1.5 mg + Carfilzomib
Participants received step-up doses of forimtamig, 0.03 mg on Cycle 1 Day 1, 0.15 mg on Cycle 1 Day 8, and the target dose of 1.5 mg on Cycle 1 Day 15 and on Days 1 and 15 of each subsequent cycle, administered as a SC injection.
