What was measured

Proportion of participants achieving CR and proportion of participants achieving CRi by the end of one or two courses of CPX-351 Complete morphologic remission response (CR) is defined as less than 5% blasts without Auer rods by morphological evaluation of the bone marrow (M1 marrow). Patients in morphologic CR without hematological recovery (white cell blood count ≥ 1.0 x 10\^9/L, unsupported platelet count ≥ 30.0 x 10\^9/L and absolute neutrophil count ≥ 0.3 x 10\^9/L) are classified as morphological CR and incomplete recovery (CRi) of absolute neutrophil, white blood cell, and/or platelet counts.

Analysis population: Participants who received one or 2 course of CPX-351.
