Clinical chemistry abnormalities were graded using CTCAE version 5 where, grade 0=non-missing lab value outside the grading range for the corresponding lab parameter; grade 1=mild; grade 2=moderate; grade 3=severe; grade 4= life-threatening. Analysis population: Safety analysis set included all enrolled participants who received at least one dose of study treatment.
