What was measured

Estimated by the average visual acuity amongst patients evaluated with a 95% confidence interval.

Analysis population: The study was terminated at stage I since the therapy was considered not feasible to deliver. No patients had this data available. Patients either had affected eye enucleated, or did not complete protocol therapy.

Groups in this outcome

Melphalan

Patients will receive 1 intra-arterial injection (IA) of melphalan every 21- 30 days. Injections may be repeated every 21-30 days (up to a maximum of 3 cycles) assuming the patients meets the criteria to begin the next cycle.

Group identifiers and denominators belong to this outcome only. They may differ in another outcome or in safety reporting.
