What was measured

The AUC(0-infinity) is area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to infinite time, calculated as the sum of AUC(last) and C(last)/lambda(z), in which C(last) is the last observed quantifiable concentration.

Analysis population: The PP population included all the participants who received study medications as per the administration schedule and for whom blood samples were collected at all scheduled time points.
