If there is no multi-site publication within 18 months after the Study completion/termination at all sites, the Site shall have the right to publish its results. Prior to submitting to public release the Sponsor has 60 days from receipt to review and comment. The Site shall, upon Sponsor's request, further delay publication/presentation for up to 120 days to allow Sponsor to protect its interests.
