NCT00839956 · ADVERSE EVENTS

Adverse events

Bortezomib and Vorinostat in Treating Patients With Multiple Myeloma Who Have Undergone Autologous Stem Cell Transplant · Source last updated 2017-05-09

Results reported by the registry submitting party. Population, time horizon, units and missing values must be read together.

Adverse events occurred during the study; they are not necessarily caused by treatment. Serious events are not interchangeable with severe/grade 3–4 events. These safety populations may differ from efficacy populations.

Arm I (Bortezomib and Vorinostat)

Patients receive bortezomib IV on days 2 and 5 and vorinostat PO QD on days 1-14. Treatment repeats every 28 days for 12 courses in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Bortezomib: Given IV Vorinostat: Given PO
