What was measured

OS was defined as the time interval from date of study entry to date of death from any cause or to date of last contact for survivors. OS was estimated using the method of Kaplan and Meier. 3-year estimates are reported with 95% CI's.

Analysis population: 355 patients were classified into one of the medulloblastoma subgroups by methylation arrays and included in this analysis; 74 were Group 3 medulloblastoma, 154 were Group 4 medulloblastoma, 64 were SHH medulloblastoma, and 63 were WNT medulloblastoma patients.
