Is there a trial that fits my cancer?
Bearing gathers your records into one history and researches clinical trials and emerging treatments that may fit it, so you walk into your next appointment with possibilities and questions in hand.
7-day free trial, then $9 a month. Cancel anytime.

Trial research is built for cancer todaySearching for a trial is hard to do on your own.
Trial listings are long and written for researchers. Each study asks about your diagnosis, the treatments you've had, your tumor's biomarkers and your recent blood work.
Those details are spread across hospitals and reports, and an appointment is rarely long enough to go through them all.
- AYour diagnosis and stage
- BThe treatments you've had, and when
- CTumor sequencing and biomarkers
- DRecent blood work
What a trial team usually asks about. Each of these lives somewhere in your records.
Four steps from scattered records to a clear conversation.
- Step one
Start
Start your 7-day free trial and choose who the profile is for: you, or someone you look after.
- Step two
Confirm
Your details, an identity check and your address. Choose who can see your profile, sign the consent forms, and schedule an intake visit with a clinician.
- Step three
Gather
Bearing requests your records through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA, and a clinician signs the request with you. Upload what you have too, including tumor sequencing reports.
- Step four
Research
Your records become one plain-language history, your sequencing is read alongside it, and Bearing researches clinical trials and emerging treatments against it, for you to take to your oncologist.
What you'll have in hand.
Stop chasing reports between hospitals
Your records assembled into one current history, from the records Bearing requests and the reports you upload. It shows what may be missing and helps you request it.
Know what your sequencing report says
Your tumor sequencing report read alongside the rest of your records, in plain language.
Possibilities to raise, not listings to wade through
Research on clinical trials and emerging treatments for cancer, built on your own history, for you and your oncologist to discuss.
A clinician’s review of your history
A licensed clinician reviews your medical history, and you can bring what they found to your oncologist.
New scans and results, added as they arrive
Bearing keeps requesting your records from hospitals and clinics, so the history and the research build on your latest results.
Answers from your own records
Ask about a scan, a treatment date or a result. A second check reviews answers against the evidence before you rely on them.
Bearing's trial research, its advanced cancer guide and its tumor sequencing analysis are built for cancer. If you're living with another condition, Bearing can still gather your records and read them with you, but it won't research trials for that condition yet.
What you could take to your next appointment.
A made-up example of a research brief for someone with lung cancer. It shows the kind of thing Bearing prepares, not a recommendation.
From your records

Built from your records · for you and your oncologist to discuss
No drug maker, laboratory or hospital pays Triangle, so no trial sponsor pays to be shown to you. 7-day free trial, then $9 a month.
Bring your record into Claude, ChatGPT or Grok.
If you already use an AI assistant to think through your options, connect it to your record. With your permission it can read your records, labs, medications, notes, genetic reports and the summary of your history, so its answers start from your history rather than from a blank page.
Step-by-step guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Muse and others
- 01Open your assistant’s settings and find Connectors, MCP or Tools.

Other assistants that support MCP (Model Context Protocol) can connect the same way.
Said plainly: once you connect an outside assistant, what it reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control. Connect only assistants you trust. It works only with what’s in Triangle and can’t change anything at a hospital or clinic.
Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately. If you help a family member with their profile, you can connect your own assistant to it and choose what it can see. They can connect their own too.
You don't need an assistant to use Bearing. Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged.

Triangle provides research and educational support. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it never replaces your care team.
Straight answers.
Is Bearing only for cancer?
The trial research is, today. If you have another condition, Bearing can still gather your records into one history and read them with you, and that history is useful in any conversation about trials. It just won't research trials for that condition yet.
Will Bearing get me into a trial?
No. Bearing researches and explains. Whether a trial fits you, and enrolling, is up to you, your oncologist and the trial team.
What does it cost?
$9 a month, after a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start the trial. Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged. After that, cancel any month; your records stay yours.
Membership covers Bearing requesting your records from hospitals and clinics through the national networks and keeping them updated as new records arrive, the chat that answers from your own records anytime, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your wearables, and uploading anything else you have, such as a sequencing report.
Does Bearing diagnose or prescribe?
No. It helps you understand your records and prepare questions. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it never replaces your oncologist.
My records are at several hospitals. Will Bearing reach them all?
Bearing requests records through the national health-record networks, Carequality and TEFCA. Not every hospital or clinic can be reached that way, so you can upload anything you already have, including PDFs, discs and faxes. Your history shows what may be missing, with help requesting it.
What does getting started ask of me?
Start the trial, confirm your identity and address, sign the consent forms and schedule an intake visit with a clinician. Then Bearing requests your records. If you already have a sequencing report, upload it.
You choose who can see your profile, family and doctors included, and who can help manage it.
Take your whole record into the next conversation.
